NATURAL MEAT is an idea spread by DeSilva Natural Farm - an organic breeding farm of Highland cattle. Its idea is to produce high quality beef and pork, coming exclusively from natural pastures, rich in herbs and natural environment.

In the interest of the highest quality of the dishes, the restaurant introduced to its menu the meat from its own organic farm.

Beef, pork and processed foods such as pâtés, sausages, sirloin contain no artificial additives and chemicals.
